SOME CONFUSION HAS BEEN CREATED and PROPAGATED
Many “dreams merchant” have taking advantage of this fact to propagate half-truth and fear, by putting in HIGH evidence only the consequences “you can all face“, if you do not comply quickly, only to sell you some quick-fix, for them to make a quick-buck. Not, very honest to say the least.
We must admit, they're kind of right somehow on some points. This is something no one can ignore, and, well, breaking the rule could eventually leads to some fines. Only, they've omitted to mention that the whole law does NOT wholly applies to all of you! The propaganda that went on before “the date”, created the desired climate of fear, panic, and confusion, to sell their quick-fix-quick-bucks solution to the unaware.
