Ok . . . Now you need to understand, that to make sure the process goes smoothly and timely, I need to know in details the complete 'scope' of your project. A thing to remember is that TIME = $$. This is what you buy from me, time. You're purchasing my time to work for YOU, so use it wisely My rates are based hourly, by project or on monthly retainer. Of course it all depends on the scope and complexity of your project, but here's a good idea :

Per hour the rate is USD $35.00 - $65.00
All work done on JVManager is accomplished at the lowest rate as a special price for JVM clients. However, you should know up-front that if ever you need me to do more or something out of JVM along the way, the rate could be higher depending on what needs to be done.

Per project USD $250.00 - $600.00
That is the typical total range of costs. For most basic projects, which aren't too complex, costs are more in between the lowest to $300.00, and sometimes goes up to the highest depending on the level of integration you desire. Rarely it goes over the highest, though it can happen for much complex projects.

Per monthly retainer USD $1000.00 - $2000.00

For starting, I will ask you to buy a first $100.00 block of time Up-Front Retainer/Deposit to get me starting on your project. I will take a careful look at your installation and what needs to be done, and you'll quickly see that it's NOT too much to ask. On the other end, the initial set up needs to be done only ONCE! That's for life!

After your deposit, you'll redirected to a form where you'll be able to submit your project details and even submit your phone number (USA/Canada) if you'd like me to call you (between 12:00 and 22:00 Eastern Time GMT -5)(optional).

The clock starts running and you'll be billed for $35.00 the very moment I start reviewing your project and/or I say Hello . . . over the phone.

I use MS-Outlook to precisely count the time I work on your project. The clock is running while working on your project, and for all communications with you as talking on the phone, reading emails from you about the project, writing emails to you about the project, answering questions, teaching some processes etc. You also receive detailed written reports on all of what I'm doing for you with the time count taken.

If I'm not taking you as a client to working your project I will return your initial deposit (minus the initial $35.00 fee as I drop all other things to jump on reviewing your project spending time for YOUR business' project, plus $6.50 per 15 minutes increments of the call/review time, including the paypal sending fees).
